The new summer competition introduced in 2025 for the Finlay MacKenzie Trophy is for Drawn Mixed Pairs. How are Drawn Open Aussie Pairs and Drawn Mixed Pairs different, you ask? Drawn means your teammate is chosen for you; Pairs means, one team member leads the other skips, unlike Aussie Pairs where lead and skip alternate; and Mixed means the team consists of a man and a lady.
Entry forms to enter the competition as well as the 101 singles and the Aussie Pairs will be available next spring 2026 (date to be confirmed) with a closing date (to be confirmed) . . . Cash prizes await some winners.
